It may be time to put your bike away, but it's important to do it properly.

Proper winter storage goes a long way towards an easy start in the Spring and keeping your bike in good shape! We take care everything for you.

Battery!

We remove the battery and store it indoors so it doesn't freeze. We maintain it on a trickle charger all winter that charges and re-conditions your battery to ensure optimum life.Nothing worse that having to replace a battery every Spring or even worse - leaving you stranded.

Fuel!

Gas has a shelf life of about one month before the more volatile part of the fuel evaporates and we are left with the heavier component of the fuel. There are two problems with this. The first is that this leftover heavier part will settle into the fuel system causing blockages in carburetors and fuel injectors. This can cause the dreaded "no start" even though the battery was maintained properly.

The second issue is that the fuel will go bad, and not be very combustible in the Spring. This also leads to hard starting or "no start" issues.

Fortunately the solution is very simple. We use fuel stabilizer before going into storage, and run it through the system to ensure trouble free starting in the Spring.

Wash!

We give your bike a wash before going into storage and once again on the way out. Keeps dirt build up to a minimum.

Service!

We give each bike an oil change, plus :

brake fluid top up
coolant top up
adjust brake and clutch cables
clean, lube and adjust your chain
visual inspection of all areas of the bike including tires and brakes
provide a full 32 point inspection and report back to you anything that needs attention

Location!

We store your bike in a heated, secure location along side our bikes so it is in good company for the winter.
