Job Description

We are looking for a sales person to sell the best powersports products in the world from Triumph Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki! This is an entry level role, so attitude and general knowledge of motorcyles is more important than previous sales experience.

• Greet and qualify customers
• Follow up on email and phone leads
• Answer customer question on the phone and in person 
• Engage with customer and assist them in choosing the correct product for their use

Qualifications

• Must be a motorcyclist and be familiar with the industry's various makes and models (an enthusiast)
• Willingness to become OMVIC certified asap
• experience selling motorcycles, generators, snow blowers, lawn mowers etc is an asset
• enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing and persistent
• ability to follow processes, and experience using a CRM to manage your customer flow an asset

This is a salaried position, with bonus, not a straight commission role. We believe in hiring good people, paying them fairly and treating them well and believe the compensation plan should respect that as well.
