After dealing with a large US based OEM Parts seller and calling customer support. I ended up looking for a local supplier for a headlight assembly for my 2012 SV650SA. My initial dealing with the US firm involved 3 days without any update other than order confirmation and credit card charges. When I called customer support. I was advised they they were experiencing delays related to COVID. I asked to confirm if the part was available and Was assured yes it was, just that they were experiencing delays of up to 2 weeks due to COVId related challenges. 2 days later I received an email indicating the part was on back order with the manufacturer and no ETA was available. I would receive a further update when available. I was invited to check other sources and cancel my order if I wanted. After a search for local suppliers I found PowerSportsTO and emailed their inbox as suggested on their website. I received a follow up email same day and was able to provide payment information securely over the phone and advised the parts were in stock with the manufacturer in Canada. I could expect to pick them up in 3-5 days. On Wednesday I received a call that the parts were here and picked them up that afternoon. No hassle, exceptional service and true to their word. I will definitely be checking with them first in the future ! In defence of the US firm they did provide a full refund of my order with no charges or re-stocking fees. So despite over-committing they were not "shady" in their dealings

Wow, they really love what they are doing and are super nice about it. They try not to aggressively push buying anything either just sharing the pros and consrcons it in the end just leads to a customer not coming back. I'm new at motorcycling but I'm already a fan of powersports!
